Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just started using my hp laptop and was adjusting all my settings to what my previous laptop had, but when I went to change what the power button does, the option to set it to turn off the screen is not there. The only possible way to fix it that I found was https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/no-turn-off-display-option-when-choosing-what-...  , but my laptop doesn't have that registry. Does anyone know any other ways to fix this?
