Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm new to this PC and can't understand why I have multiple 'documents' and 'dropbox' locations and they're different.  Also, after I downloaded a jpeg file why can't I find where it was put on the machine?

By default it is in Pictures folder or in Download folder. Please try another photo and save it. Check it location before click Save. For example:

 

           save location.png
