Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently had a professional (Microcenter) reset my laptop to factory settings to clear out some pop-ups and crapware. Now that I am starting to use the laptop again, I notice that some regular major functions of my HP Envy 360 are not working properly.  Namely:

  • 1) Laptop does not automatically turn into tablet mode when I rotate it
  • 2) When manually entered into tablet mode, tablet mode does not automatically disable the keyboard so buttons are accidentally clicked when laptop is rotated
  • 3) Keyboard Volume Buttons do not actually adjust the volume of anything - instead I need to adjust volume in whatever program or browser I am playing sound on, However the Keyboard Mute Button works fine

I am not very tech-savvy (so please be sure to clearly explain suggestions) but have been looking through other HP Forums on similar issues and haven't been able to solve this on my own. I also installed HP Support Assistant, which thinks that my Drivers are up to date and my sound and keyboard are functioning properly.
