You should not have rushed into this Feature Update as Microsoft has major issues with it.  Details are here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/status-windows-10-2004

 

Your best bet right now would be to use the option to rollback to the previous OS version and wait a few months before forcing the update again.  That will give MS time to sort out these issues.
