Microsoft Windows 11

I can no longer take a screenshot using the home key (4 boxes) and the prt sc.  When I click the keys together it opens up the dialog box. It always worked for about 2 weeks now it won't work.  fn does not work either.

Try this shortcut.

Windows logo key + Shift + S

Click on the style you want in the dialog box that appears and it should be saved to the clipboard.

I have the latest Windows 11 Preview installed as a Windows Insider and it works for me.

I just tried the PrintScreen key in Windows 11.

It still works for me.

I opened Microsoft Paint and did a Ctrl-V and the desktop screenshot appeared.

I don't have  Adobe Photoshop, so I can't test it there.

Microsoft has not removed the ability to take a screenshot from the latest version of Windows 11.

I suggest that you test your keyboard.

You can plug in a USB  keyboard or use an external bluetooth keyboard to see if that works for you.
