Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi Guys

I recently clicked on update option and thr screen flashed bios update and flash boot.And after it was completed my laptop was looking like new with all the data not displaying like apps files eyc.But the drive like drive g drive os drive f are having data.Could anybody help me what to do to get the laptop to normal

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Run Windows Command prompt (cmd.exe)

(2) What is the output of command

echo %userprofile%
