After removing Linux from my new computer, an HP15-fc0257nr, I deleted all the partitions while installing Windows 10. One of the partitions I deleted said something about it maybe being important, but I guess I ignored that. So while installing Windows, when it gets to the "connect to the internet" part there are no options to connect to.
My other computer is right next to it and the connection is fine. Also, the bluetooth doesn't work, although the bluetooth options are available. I can skip the step and then select "I don't have the internet", and when I do that Windows finishes the installation and I end up with a computer that has no internet. I have the option to add bluetooth devices and one computer connects just fine, but this one doesn't see anything. There are no wifi options in settings, no available networks.
In Device Manager, under Network Adapters there are
Bluetooth Device (personal Area Network)
WAN Miniport (eight of them)
All say they are enabled and functional
I think I need some special drivers or something, but the driver files available for me to download still require an internet connection to use on the HP.

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10, and you may have a hard time finding drivers for it.
You need these Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers for the Realtek Wi-Fi 6 adapter your notebook comes with:
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers
Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver
