Product: Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new Envy x360 with Office 365 Home version factory installed.  I cannot get my Apple email [edit]to sync to the Mail App.  I get the following error code:  0x80004005.

 

My computer is still under the HP Warranty, but the HP Support couldn't help.  They wanted to charge me an additional $50 + $15/month for Software Support to assist in this initial setup.

 

Can anyone else help?

What email component are you using in Office 365 to access Apple Email -- Outlook? 

 

IF that is the case, we have no capabilities here to debug issues with MS Outlook, and to address those, you need to look for online Microsoft Outlook forums and post your issue there.

 

You could also check Apple forums to see if they have encountered issues using Outlook from Office 365 with Apple Email.
