Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I reset my PC  and erased everything on it and as I decided to input my information in, it states windows could not complete the installation. To install windows on this computer, restart the installation. I need assistance with this. Thank you

Where did you get the Windows install media from?  If you got it from Microsoft, that is likely a Retail version and your "information" (if that is what you are calling the product key printed on the PC) is for the HP OEM version, not the Retail version.  So that will not work the way you are doing it.

To install from MS media, when you get the window asking for the product key, you have to scroll down to the bottom to skip that and exit the window.  When the installation is complete and you get back online, your PC will contact MS and automatically get reactivated.

Hi,

Can you explain the problem in more detail?

You say you erased everything. What do you mean? You formated the Hard Drive? You did a factory reset? You tried reintalling Windows?

Did you download media creation tool on different PC and create a bootable pen drive with Windows on it?

You do not need a product key if you are reinstalling and it should not even ask for one?

When does it tell you that th installation fails?

David
