Help i need a new bios for my OLD HP Pavillion dv6768eg what can i do ? or is the newest version 3.3 ?

Hi:
Yes, you will definitely have to temporarily install WXP to update the BIOS on notebooks with the AMD processors.
100% failure rate when updating the BIOS on the AMD models using an unsupported operating system.

Does your notebook have an AMD or Intel processor?
I can give you the link to the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook, but it was designed to be run in Windows Vista.
If you run it in W10, you may permanently wreck your notebook with no chance of recovering it.
