Hi, i need to roll-back my BIOS to older version but i cant find where to get the BIOS file.  I need to do this because after updating BIOS to newer version, my dGPU is'nt detected in device manager, it says "intel pcie x16 This device cannot start. (Code 10) An ACPI Power Object failed to transition state".

BIOS current version is insyde F.64, i forgot which version the previous one is.

Please give me list of BIOS file that compatible with my device from earliest to latest with download link and how to rollback the BIOS.

Please help, thanks.

Hi:

If you click to expand the Revision History section at the link below, it will give you the list of all of the previous BIOS versions you can install.

thank you so much sir, is it just click the .exe file to rollback?

You're very welcome.

Yes, if the notebook supports rolling back the BIOS, you run the file the same way you did when you updated the BIOS.

The release notes don't provide any info regarding whether nor not you can reinstall an older BIOS version, so hopefully you can.

Can you please help me, should i downgrade my windows to 10 first?

HP Recommended

I don't believe that will be necessary, but if you want to reinstall W10 first that would be up to you.

what should i do to make the rollback success?

Sorry, but I cannot help you any more than I already have.
