Hi Support,

 

As stated above, I have a computer I am setting up at the moment but when I go into Device manager, under Other devices it states that Base System Device has an error(see attachment)Base.png. I have tried downloading all drivers I could find that was supposed to be installed but that error is not going away.

Is there some driver I am missing?

Hi:

 

There are a few devices that Windows names as a Base System Device when it needs a driver.

 

Please post the hardware ID for the Base System Device.
