Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I start my HP Lap Top the screen comes on and stays on until I move my mouse. The screen then goes black and flickers like crazy while using mouse, however the condition stops when I use the touch screen. I restart the laptop and the condition described above goes away and everything is fine.

 

I upgraded to Windows 11 recently, however the condition described existed before I updated to Windows 11. I have installed every new update available and completed all the HP Tests available on the HP Site. No issues came up or suggestions made to correct problem. Someone advised me to uninstall the graphics driver and reinstall, however during one of the tests ran on HP it stated I had the latest & greatest graphics driver.

 

Any comments or suggestions to resolve would be greatly appreciated.
