HP ENVY x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought a Microsoft 365 Family and it can be used by up to 6 people.  I installed and shared with 3 people.  They are now able to use it .  However,  my HP ENVY x360 which I am using does not allow me to use it.  When I first put in the code while online I did not have a problem.

Do I have to uninstall and remove something before I can install the Microsoft 365 that I bought on my HP ENVY x360?

@kidlat

Sorry, but folks have troubles with subscription software like this all the time and we are powerless to do anything to fix this because this is entirely due to Microsoft licensing conflicts.

You will have to contact Microsoft Support, starting with where you bought this, to see how you fix the licensing issue.

I don't think uninstalling and reinstalling is going to fix it.
