I recently purchased the hp pavillion 15 cs 0057od off the showroom floor and need to change the administrator.  My last notebook was considerably older and none of my efforts have worked.  It's probably simple but haven't been able to find the solution. thanks. River

It is simple -- in that you have to login using an account that has Admin rights, create your own new account with the same rights, login to your new account, and delete the old account.

Problem is -- you need the password of the old account and we have no way of providing that for you.  You would have to contact where you bought it to have them provide you the login information, or take it back to them and have them login for you.
