Product: HP Pavilion x360 13-u001ne (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Pavilion x360 13-u001ne (ENERGY STAR) which was preloaded with Windows 10.

 

I would like to install Windows 7. How to find whether this product supports Windows 7.

Hi:

 

HP only supports that model for W10.

 

You may have issues with the wifi adapter.

 

On some models the adapter has to be removed and two of the contacts masked in order for it to work on W7.

 

Other than that, most of the devices should work on W7.  There should be W7 drivers for the graphics, usb, card reader, etc.

 

You'd have to experiment to see if W7 would work to your satisfaction or not.

 

If you are not willing to take the risk of it not working, then I would leave W10 on there.
