HP Laptop 17-by4633dx (3Y054UA)

 

This is what i have for a laptop. I would like to know if i shutdown my laptop and close the lid is there a way to start it back up without opening lid back up by using wireless keyboard

No, you have to turn your machine ON first before your wireless keyboard is usable.
