HP Envoy Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have recently purchased a new HP Envoy Laptop running Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit, and am unable to install the software for my HP M1319MFP from either the original CD or from the downloaded software on the HP website.  Please advise how to get this software properly installed.  The printer is connected via USB cable or a USB port..  Printing works with the Microsoft drivers but the HP software will not install.

I have a desktop computer running Windows 10 Home 64 Bit, and the software runs fine.  Thanks for the help,  BB

Hi @Billy_Bob1

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

What happens when you try installing the drivers?

Do you get any errors?

The printer driver available on the HP Support site is a basic driver and not a full-featured driver. The Plug and Play Bundle provides EZInstall to assist with installation for direct USB connections and offers basic print and scan for all-in-one and multifunction devices.

You may click here to download the same.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
