Product: OMEN by HP - 15-dc0149tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't login to HP Support Assistant. It opens and show my laptop, I just can't log in to my account.

 

Was working yesterday.

 

Just get a login error = "Unknown Error Ocurred"

 

User and password are correct,

 

Can log in to my account online however, just not via Support Assistant.

 

My warranty on a 2 week laptop is showing as unknown. Assume because I am not logged in ?

 

Any solutions ?

 

Edit - I have uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck.

 

Edit 2 - a few hours later and sign in now works ? Can close thread.
