HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2K3D8AV)

I understand my HP laptop is under warrant 1-year from the date of purchase.  When attempting to submit my warranty claim, I am being told that my laptop is out of warranty.  I hit the button to dispute, add proof of purchase within the one year, and then get this message every time.  Seriously HP, why are you making this so difficult?  Please advise how I can talk to someone who can help me.  I am within one year of the date of purchase and need to file a warranty claim now.
