HP Recommended

HP envy laptop Model 13. Things go wrong, after it has been installed updates. Firstly, the taskbar disappeared. I was unable to access settings and control panel. I tried to restart it and then I cannot login. I tried everything. I am unable to use password, account number and reset password. I also pushed shift +restart, but not working.  Can anyone help?
