Does HP now longer have any sort of customer service? I purchased a care pack months ago which they claim will be added automatically. I even received a confirmation email after purchase. Well, the care pack wasn't to my account, and I cannot get a hold of any one from HP to add it. No phone number, no ability to chat with anyone online. All the website does is refer to a local "Ubreak ifix" repair store. Much smaller companies than HP have some sort of customer service. Is HP just quitting? Is this a sign they are going out of business or something? This is my fourth HP laptop and I have never had these issues in the past.
