Hi,

 

I purchased my laptop PC in December 2020 through HP, along with a Care Pack at the same time. I received a notification that the Care Pack team would register on my behalf, but whenever I checked registration there was no updated end date for warranty expiration, and now the product warranty shows that the warranty is expired, even though I bought an extended Care Pack warranty. In talking with HP support on the phone, no one was able to help verify my order since the confirmation email I received did not have an Order number included, so I was unable to get any resolution. Please help, as I would like to be able to utilize this service or be able to use the rebate money after the terms expire if I don't use the Care pack service.

Trying to validate the warranty, states that the warranty is expired, i.e. the Care Pack has not been applied.

 

Looking into the Dispute to Validate your Warranty article, the "Dispute this" link is unavailable...

Still looking for assistance. The dispute warranty doesn't work, my Care Pack is still not recognized, and now it seems that I can't get online support since my warranty is "expired" even though I bought the Care Pack when I purchased the computer!

 

I've called several times with no success. Speaking to multiple people, no one could help me without having access or being able to determine my order number. Even though I do have a product number, serial number, and purchased the laptop through HP.com
