Change administrator status

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I change the administrator settings? I have myself and my husband on the computer/laptop. I have walked through what I have been told to do under help but it does not give me the option to remove anyone.

@Kswiger71

Sorry, but the phrase "administrator settings" is too broad for a specific answer because there are LOTS of settings the affect the administration functions.

What specifically are you trying to do?
