Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We at V Verma Jewellers Pvt. Ltd, raised a compliant for our faulty HP LaserJet printers CASE - BVPC7467 & CASE - BVPC7478. Your registered agents & HP support team (Isha Chauhan, Sahina, Meeakshi) has no manners at all to respond to their customers at all.  We are being harass for the repair & support for our non working printers & your team has not assigned any engineer till date for the rectification of our two printers.

We are highly dis-satisfied with the support team who put the customers on long holds & then disconnect the calls without providing any relevant support.

We are tired up with your long process of the troubleshoots & then even after that the problem didn't get solved.

we are recommended to remove your irresponsible staff from the services who are spoiling the image of HP Company.

We further request you to pls look into the above two CASE numbers & provide us the solutions urgently as our work is suffering a lot due to the faulty printers.
