Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased this laptop in March of this year for light schoolwork so there aren't many files downloaded. Since then it has crashed on average 5-6x daily, typically when I am not actively touching the laptop or when I am typing. I have done all of the BIOS, software, and driver updates but nothing has solved it. Codes that I have seen include: Critical_error_code and kernel_ data_inpage_error.

Thank you, went through and tried some of the solutions in the video but my laptop crashed 3 more times after the fixes today.

Okay at this point, it is best to reach out to HP Support. Your warranty should still be valid since the laptop was purchased recently.
