According to chapter 5 replacing the drive and memory is a customer-authorized procedure and should not void the warranty unless you break something in the process of performing the upgrades.

Note that if your notebook ever needs warranty service, you will need to return it to its original hardware configuration as it was when you purchased the notebook.
