1) Create a new Administrative User.
2) Boot into Safe Mode as the New User.

3) Cleanup Files in D-drive.

Not sure if HP Protective Tools are installed.
It must be removed before Win10 Upgrade.

See my previous replies to John with "probook 4540s and updating to w10"

How do I clean up the files in D Drive? When I use the disk cleanup even in safe mode, nothing but an empty recycle bin comes up. Thanks.
