HP Pavilion - 15-cw1005la

I bought an HP Pavillion two years ago. The product was defficient. I reported it timely to HP support but the problem was never solved. At the end, the warranty was not respected on the basis of the argument that it had expired. I tried to file a written comlaint directly to HP but this is the only option I was provided. Do not buy the HP Pavillion and if you have it do not extend the warranty. The possibility that you will face a similar experience to mine is high.
