Product: HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2P5F4AV)

Hi,

 

The desktop wallpaper changed by itself, the app are still running but I cant see them on the desktop. On the desktop the apps looked closed but I had Youtube open previously and it is still running on the back as the music is still playing.

 

Can someone help me with what happened and how to go back?
