Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R8AV)

This is probably the wrong board, there's nowhere for warranties!

 

I disputed my warranty as I had a special student offer, and the warranty is meant to be extended to two or three years. I successfully disputed this, but now I have two products on my support assistant. It still says the original laptop is out of warranty, and then there is an extra laptop on there but then it says warranty unknown. So I guess they need to be joined up somehow? I can't seem to contact anyone to try and get this aligned. Help appreciated!
