HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently had my HP pavilion reset because of a RAM problem and now I don't have sound. I've tried to download sound drivers from both the Realtek website and HP website but nothing seems to work. Realtek drivers don't even show up in the device manager nor do the speakers show up in the control panel. Adding legacy hardware gives me a BSOD. can someone please help?
