Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, I bought a new compute HP 15s-fq4010ns freedos and came with no drivers, so I can't use the touch pad or use the wifi.

The HP's support web doesn't give me any solution for this problem, I wish someone here could help me.

Hi:

 

Get a USB flash drive download the wifi and touchpad drivers you need from another PC.

 

Copy them to the flash drive, plug the flash drive into your notebook's USB port and run the driver files from the flash drive or copy them from the flash drive to the Windows desktop and run them from there.
