Could someone help me with the following issue? My newly bought envy x360 r7 4700u ay0059au cannot charge through my Benq monitor ew 2780U, which has a 60w type-c port. I've also tested other adapters, from 45w to 65w, seems after upgrading from the default win 10 system to the 20h2 version, all adapters under 65w cannot be recognized by the laptop. Are there any solutions to make the 45w charging function work again? Thank you so much!
