Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i replaced a bad hard drive and when tried to intall OS got the following messages:

 

a required device is not connected or cannot be accessed.

 

0xc000000f

 

Any Ideas how to correct?

how are you trying to install it?  have you tried turning off secure boot?
