Product: HP 250 g7 NOTEBOOK

I need an external CD player so I can download my CD's to a MP3 player.  Does my computer have a VLC media player or do I need it or does it have a different player?  I need to know which CD player will work with my computer.

Hi:

 

If your notebook does not have a built in DVD drive, you will have to use 3rd party software, because the HP software will only work if the notebook has an internal DVD drive.

 

You can get VLC for free from the Microsoft Store.
