Hi, I want to change fan speed in my HP Pavilion Gaming 15-cx0015nc Shadow Black. HP CoolSense doesn't work as I want it to.

@byt0s
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
The notebooks don't have software that allows fan speed to change.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update? "HP CoolSense software"

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • Try changing the "Advanced power plan settings and the system cooling policy from the control panel.
  • And, also uninstall HP Software Framework: Open Control Panel > Programas and Features> Right click on HP Software Framework and uninstall.
  • Once, its done double check and uninstall "HP CoolSense software"

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
