Recently purchased HP elite X360, am not able to configure finger and facial biometerics on local user whereas on administrator can configure. I am also admin of my pc but can't configure, do someone can help to configure

What is your HP elite X360 ? Does it ACTUALLY have hardware to support Windows Hello ?
