Product: HP Probook 470 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Because there are 2 images in the attachment, which contain private information, I am posting the same message a second time. I hope this time I haven't forgotten some private information 🙂Error3.PNGError1.PNGError2.PNG

 

I use HP support  to update my HP Probook 470 G5  with the specified software.  There is HP Firmware Pack Q85 long time, (more then 4-5 months) but always when I try to install it I got same error. 
In attachment:
1. HP support assistant messages;

2. After press Install got to there;

3. after press "next" get that error message.
Anyone have solved this update?
