Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I bought my laptop almost 2 years and 7 months ago. I added new SSD and installed window again. It is activated and original. But my free microsoft office is not working now. I forget my email id. I don't know anything about that email id.

 

I have original window key. Is there way to recover my free office?

If the Office version product key was sent to you via email, that means it was a Click-to-Run  (CTR) version and in that case, ONLY Microsoft has the key,  We don't have it and HP does not have it. And unfortunately, CTR keys are NOT stored locally, so even if you put the HDD back, you still could not export the Office key.
