How to format my lappie...invested with a trojan virus

Hi:

 

You can reinstall W10 by using the media creation tool at the link below to create bootable W10 installation media.

 

You posted W10 32 bit, but you want W10 64 bit because your notebook came from HP with a 64 bit operating system.

If you can back up any of your files do so before proceeding to reinstall W10.

 

When you get to the part where you are asked 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.  Then click next and W10 will install.

During the installation, if you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
