Folio 9470m
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After an update on my laptop with windows 10, my fn control keys stopped working (again...). I've had some luck restoring it before but this time I can't seem to figure out what I'm suppose to do. There's no update for my particular model (folio 9470m).

I've also looked around in the BIOS to see if there are anyting to do, but nope.

Has anyone some sort of a clue how to fix this?

Kind regards
/Jonathan

Doesn't seem to be the same bios setup in the manual as on my laptop.

There is nothing about function keys in my bios menu.

@HeyJon I recommend you reinstall the keyboard drivers and if that doesn't help, try a system restore using the steps mentioned here,

Keep me posted with the results.

That's unfortunate. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance/service options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
