Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T03AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an issue about my new hp victus 16.I bought this computer 2 days ago. First day everything was okey on normal mode without the charger (fps like 300) but, yesterday and today my fps is solid 120 (cs2 and valorant). If  i plug the charger my fps will be okey i know but why i cant play on normal mode(it says my graphic card is on last update i couldnt update) . intel i5 13500h nvidia 4060 16gb ram
