Chrome OS

Hi!  All of a sudden, I can no longer access google docs online on my HP Chromebook.  This includes documents I have made or ones others have given access to.  It also does not work if I log in as a different user. I can access email and the internet.

What I have tried:  I have turned off the offline setting. on my device.  I have used Google support and determined that it is not a problem when I access the same documents from my phone or from another computer.  I tried a new username/account and had the same problem on the device.

I am hoping someone has suggestions on how I can fix this.

@PAL6

Please talk with Google. HP is not the owner of Google Docs. I myself don't trust big brothers to use Google Drive, One drive .... And hope no hackers access to my NAS.

Regards.

Hi, I did work with google.  Because I can access documents on everything but my HP Chromebook, they suggested I needed to look into that as the issue.
