Did you make any changes software or hardware changes on your PC?
You can download the HP 3D drive guard software using this link.
There is no HP cool sense software for your laptop. However, you can download the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver using this link.
Download HP simple pass software using this link.
HP support solutions framework is for older notebooks you can install the HP support assistant as alternate using this link.
You can download the HP system even utility using this link.
You can register your product using this link.
Also, you can download the laptop user guide using this link.
If you have any issues with your laptop you can update to the latest drivers using HP support assistant.

Thank you for the information provided.
I took assistance from an HP chat agent & she suggested me to do a full recovery. I was using Windows 10. After recovery I am back to Windows 8.1 that's the only downside but now my notebook works fine.
Is there a way I can quickl upgrade to Windows 10.

There is no way you can update to windows 10 immediately without windows getting updated.
So please wait update the windows you should be notified when there is a upgrade available.
