HI to all members on this forum, i am new on this forum and i hope i get a solution to my problem.

 

Yesterday my laptop updated to:

November 14, 2017—KB4048955 (OS Build 16299.64)

 

Now i turn on my laptop it shows a message of imcompatibility with windows 10, and i should contact with the software provider.

 

i have tried with the version of the post that are on the feed and it seems to not working, so what could i do?

I am worried because i know this software works protecting the hard drive so i hope you guys can help me.

thanks for answer so fast, i will try and  edit what happens 🙂

 

EDIT: Thanks sir, it worked perfectly afther i did step by step and restar my laptop i installed the same version i extracted restarted again and it worked.

well it didnt worked i uninstalled the last version i had and installed the one you linked and nope, it just does not install i know it bc i restar my laptop and HP 3D Driveguard is not on the list of programs.

 

i will install the version i had with the step and wait for an update, thanks
