Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Fingerprint scanner and IR Camera doesn't work properly when I try to configure Windows hello.

When I try to configure fingerprint I can start the process and scan just once my finger. I mean that I can start the process, and scanner works just for the first touch. So, I can't scan my finger anymore after the first touch and end the process.

 

Regarding to Face recognition system says that this function isn't available.

 

All drivers are installed:

Synaptics VFS7552 Touch Fingerprint Sensor with PurePrint(TM) - for fingerprint scanner

HP HD Camera - for camera

 

How can I fix this issue?
