OMEN by HP - 15-dc0508na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just updated my HP Omen to Win 10 Home 21H2 directly from 1803 by using media creation Tool - setup.exe, from the desktop.

1)  HP Support Assistant conflicts with Windows and security. Also, it never seemed to connect to any web page/server it is supposed to, even back in Win10 1803. Has HP stopped using this software? Should I just uninstall it?

2)  HP Omen Command Center lost all it's features back in Win 10 1803 except game streaming.

Has it been replaced by Omen Gaming Hub, and with all the original features included, or is there a way to resurrect Omen Command Center?

3)  Should I update my BIOS, or will that cause issues, and maybe affect my HP Diagnostics suite located in startup BIOS Menu?

I've never had so much trouble with manufacturer's software before - especially software that is essential to computer functioning.

With thanks.

You are welcome. My machine is HP Omen 15-dc0071tx which is a sister of your machine. I only open it once or twice a month but it is always up-to-date.

Thanks  once again.

I managed to install new BIOS, HP Diagnostics for UEFI, HP Support Assistant, Omen Gaming Hub, Windows 10 PC Health Check App.

And all working, which is great.

Have a good day and thanks.
