Bought a new HP Care Pack Warranty in January 2024 still not activated despite several confirmations by Best2Serve.
None of the options in Support provide a means of notifying HP of an error as they always refer back to disputing the Warranty or to buy another one. Best2Serve said it would be displayed within 2 weeks but it was not. Telephoning Help was no use as they were rude and referred me back to using Support. At last I found a site where I could enter my email address and order number where purchase was confirmed but still no information about how to have it verified or implemented.
Part of the problem seems to be that the Warranty is not sold by HP but by a foriegn company commerce Emea Breda in NL.
