I have recently purchased two HP Care Packs for my laptop, one in September 2021 and now again in January 2022.  Both purchases were for the same laptop.  Yet, when I check the warranty, it says that it "Ended on 9/15/2021". Please help me resolve this. I have paid twice, gotten "Congratulations on the purchase..." emails, and yet no record is in the HP database. What is wrong?
